ASOW initiated the EmpowerHER: 30 Days to Success program in Kabul, an innovative and transformative 30-day workshop tailored specifically for 30 young women, including recent university graduates. This impactful initiative was entirely funded by ASOW and was designed to empower participants by imparting crucial job training and CV writing skills. The workshop served as a platform for immersive seminars and hands-on sessions, fostering an environment that nurtured understanding of women’s rights, emphasized the significance of financial independence for women, and bolstered confidence in the participants. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and the participants’ palpable enthusiasm for further similar workshops underscored the impact and effectiveness of this empowering initiative.
